Nice mid-grade example of this rare die marriage, that over the last 20+ years has less than 20 auction appearances!
PCGS has given it "genuine" due to being "Tooled" on the reverse...
The "tooling" was done in an attempt to remove some black gunk around UNITED and the left wing. However, looking closely, it seems that the marks are only within the gunk, not into the metal itself and after a good soaking in acetone to remove the verdigris, this might remove all evidence of this work.
Still, as stated, a very rare die marriage...
